This month at El Tío Carlos, we’re celebrating Halloween with new flavors to discover, month-long specials, and the dishes you keep coming back for. We’re dressing up our booth Halloween-style, so bring your family, invite a friend, and come hungry. Whether you’re stopping by during a day of shopping or making a trip for lunch, we have a few delicious reasons to visit this October.

Meet Salsa X — A Mystery Worth Tasting

What’s inside? That’s our little secret. Salsa X is our new mystery salsa, created to bring a different flavor to whatever meat you choose. We’re keeping the details under wraps because we want your first taste to be the introduction. For just $1, you can add a little mystery to your order and discover something new alongside a dish you already enjoy. This October, let curiosity choose your extra salsa—ask for Salsa X at the window!

New This Month: The Crunchwrap

A new crunch in the lineup! Our $13 Crunchwrap brings together a toasted tortilla, a satisfying crunch, and a loaded, cheesy center. It’s an invitation to step outside your usual order and try something different this month. Pair it with an agua fresca, or add Salsa X for a meal with two discoveries. October is the perfect excuse to be a little adventurous with your appetite.

Birria Tacos, Pambazo & More October Specials

We haven’t forgotten the dishes you already crave. Enjoy four birria tacos for $15, or make lunch a pambazo day with our pambazo and crispy onion rings for $15. With its red-chile-coated bread and generous filling, the pambazo has become a customer favorite—and those golden onion rings give you another reason to order it. Our October lineup also includes crunchy tacos, Mexican Supreme street tacos, large flour tacos, and tacos with rice and beans. There’s something new to explore and plenty of familiar flavor throughout the month.

Make Lunch a Taco Club Visit

Shopping the Red Barn or planning a weekday lunch? The El Tío Carlos Taco Club makes the decision easy: four tacos and a 32-ounce agua fresca for $15, available Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Choose from our Taco Club meat options and enjoy a lunch with plenty of flavor. Make your tacos Mexican Supreme for $3 more. Tripa and lengua are not included in the Taco Club offer.
